Strand has proudly adopted DocuSign to be its partner to offer a paperless, environmentally-friendly, quick, reliable and instantaneous eSignature solution. Now finance agreements can be signed by Agents & Insureds right from our portal. On the finance agreement details page simply click the ‘Send via DocuSign’ button and the agreement can be signed and returned in just four clicks.

In line with Strand’s commitment to better service through technology, we have launched a text alert function for customers. Insureds that opt in to the messages will receive payment alerts on their cell phones in form of texts if their payment is late. If payment is not made, they will also receive another alert before the cancellation date, giving them two reminders and reducing policy cancellations.
